A small fee for a great community experience.

DevFest Coimbatore is an event created by the community, for the community. It is made possible by the passion of our volunteers and the generous support of our sponsors. To ensure we deliver the best possible experience for everyone and manage our resources effectively, we charge a nominal commitment fee.

Our Philosophy: What is a "Commitment Fee"?

Unlike a for-profit conference ticket, a commitment fee serves two primary purposes:

1.  It confirms your attendance. Knowing our exact attendee count is crucial for planning. It helps us ensure there's enough food, swag, and seating for everyone who wants to be there, which significantly reduces waste and improves the event for all.

2. It's a small contribution. Your fee, combined with our sponsorship funds, goes directly back into the event. It helps us elevate the experience with better swag, quality food, and all the small details that make DevFest a memorable day.

Fee Structure

We have two pass types to ensure the event remains accessible to everyone in our community.

Professional Pass ₹799*
For all working professionals, including developers, designers, managers, and entrepreneurs

Student Pass ₹399*
For current students enrolled in a college or university.
*A valid Student ID is required for verification at the event check-in.

Your commitment fee gives you access to the complete DevFest experience:

Full-Day Access: Entry to the keynote and all sessions across our three tracks.

Certificate of Participation: A digital certificate to acknowledge your participation.
